We worked with Dennis to sell our home, my mothers home and purchase a home with in-law suite potential. Even though this was a complicated process, Dennis made everything extremely simple on our part. He helped us sell our home in one weekend, for over asking, and helped us purchase our perfect house even though there were many offers in place. Dennis was always responsive, kind, and worked to make everything as simple as possible (he and his wife even helped fix up a garden so we could have the house listed on time, and entertain our wild toddler during closing).
